- Billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers).

- Usage data (e.g., pages visited, feature usage) and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and analytics.
Information from third parties
- Basic profile information from authentication providers (e.g., Google, GitHub) when you sign in.
- Payment status and subscription details from Stripe.

- Authenticate users and sync data across devices for signed-in accounts.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send transactional emails.

4. AI processing and training
- Your prompts and context are sent to AI providers (e.g., Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek) to generate responses.
- We have opted out of provider training programs where possible. Providers may have their own policies—review them if you use their models.
- If you bring your own API key, you control that provider's data and training settings.
- AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; do not rely on them as professional advice.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data.
- AI providers: To generate responses to your prompts.
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and cloud sync for your account data and conversations.
- Vercel: Hosting and analytics to understand product performance.
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, authentication, remembering preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling them may impact functionality.
7. Data retention and deletion
- Conversations are stored locally by default; if you sign in, they may be synced to our cloud storage.
- You can delete conversations and your account from settings; synced data will be deleted from our systems subject to legal retention requirements.
- We retain minimal logs for security, debugging, and compliance for limited periods.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, export, correct, or delete your data (where available in product or via request).
- Manage cookies in your browser.
- Opt out of non-essential communications; you will still receive transactional messages.
- If you are in a region with specific data rights (e.g., EEA/UK), you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us to exercise them.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No method is 100% secure. See our Security Policy for details.
